How safe do you find this street a night?
Looking to move into a building on Plymouth Court and unexpectedly saw a domestic dispute that involved the police right outside of the building, is this normal? Have people felt nervous in on this street in the evenings?

Honestly, that's a pretty safe area overall. I don't think you should be overly worried at night. You're right there downtown, with a fair bit of police presence in the area. Domestic disputes happen, which is unfortunate, but not indicative of a dangerous area. Gang violence or excessive drug presence would be something worth fearing.
