help finding james blakie

hi all,
this is a wild shot in the dark, i have be trying for some time to trace james albert blakie, born hemel hempstead, england 1941, has sister pauline born 1943.
recently my research has given me to believe he moved to australia and i am trying city by city, town by town to find him.
help gratefully appreciated
