Why is there so much property for sale in thornlie and so cheap ?

Is there a high crime rate such as break ins to housing property ? It seem to be a central location so unsure as to why the price for a very decent looking house is so cheap compared to other areas. Kind regards

Prices are all about demand and supply. The prices in Thornlie now are getting expensive due to high demand, average days on the market used to be 72 days now it is 37 days, meaning when a seller wants to sell for 350k they are getting offers in the 380k+ now
