The 3G coverage in the Torrens area provides high speed access to only one third of the area. However, the remaining 2/3 of the area still have access, except it is only at slower speeds. The 4G coverage in the Torrens area provides high speed access to only one third of the area. However, the remaining 2/3 of the area still have access, except it is only at slower speeds and there are also a couple of small blackspots.
