There has been strong capital growth in the sales of properties inTwo Rocks since 2006 and although this has levelled off since then in the last 3 years we have seen upward growth with 5% growth this year. The medium price is currently $399,000. With this in mind and the shortage of rentals in Perth plus the expansion north with plans for the train coming to Yanchep I believe things are looking pretty good for investors and the rental market. It's a great little community with much to offer families and residence.
