Which camping grounds do the guides and the scouts in the Two Rocks area use for their jamborees?

at the moment the closest scout troop is in the Quinns Rock area, the closest camping ground is in Yanchep at Club Capricorn but it is quite expensive...my husband is the scoutmaster at 1st North Beach (although we live in Two Rocks) and he recently camped at Club Capricorn and said the facilities were good.
