"I love it here, the ideal tree change."

Well and truly out of the city but still within 40 minutes drive, this is tree change material. It is quiet and peaceful and there is a good chance you will see a roo in your top paddock. That's right, paddock, you won't be here on a standard block.

Wide open spaces and beautiful landscapes make this a great spot. However, it is certainly not the spot for the youngsters looking for a spot to go out. There are no nightspots and it’s a long trip to get anywhere.

Tea Tree Plaza and Elizabeth are the closest major shops. so if you need it its within 20 minutes.

There are some great places to eat around the place but you need to be prepared for a bit of a drive, so no drinking.

It’s not too far from the Barossa making it an ideal spot for wine lovers and it’s not unusual to see vines in the area. So if you want to plant a few vines this could be the spot.

Not for families with older kids who are ready to go out on the town, but young children and retirees would love the rural lifestyle not too far out of the city.

The downsides, if you can all them that. No mains water, so you're on tank which of course all the hosues have and they are of course all plumbed. No mains gas. In a potential fire area but work with the neighbours to limit the risk in the area and you're set.
