We are in the process of trying to leave the UK for a new life 'Down Under'.

Is Umina Beach suitable for teenagers? I have a 14 year old who will still require schooling (maybe 15 if we ever get our visas!).
Also my eldest will be coming up 18 so may want to start work. Is there much to do for kids of this age in this area?
My wife is a nurse (emergency department trained) and also aesthetic trained (botox, lip fillers etc). Is there much call for either of her occupations? I am a retired firefighter who is willing to do most jobs.
