Do many Union Vale residents work in the town or do they commute?

I was surprised that there is actually a Union Vale statistic for average adult commute time; it's over half an hour. This would suggest to me, as I would have suspected anyway, that most residents of this town work elsewhere. I'd figure that because (a) the town is still rather small and there aren't a lot of local businesses here, and (b) Union Vale is close enough to New York City and its suburbs that one can commute there, and many do. There are a fair number of well-to-do management types living in this town, and there's not much for them to manage in Union Vale.
