They can go as low as $2500 / month if you're up by Columbia (in the W 110th area). The further south you go, the more expensive they get. Smack dab in the middle of UWS is gonna cost around $3000 - $4000 / month (like in the 70's, 80's and 90's) and if you want to live right by the park they can go for even as high as $10,000 / month.
