Reasonabley quiet street, good if you dont want much yard space or lawn, parking is an issue, cars line the street outside work hours, and often you may find a strangers car out front your home, or even in your driveway, though most people on the street are very friendly.

- Reasonable Safe
Not great for
- Garbage Bins always out front houses
- Lots of cars, can be difficult to mauvure
- Houses are of poor build and fitting quiality
