I recently purchased in Frankston North, as it was an affordable entry point into the market. I was hesitant because it does have a bad reputation, but I have been very happy so far. Very quiet, friendly people, easy freeway access and close to beach. The only con is that the houses in the area need some TLC but with time I’m sure that will change. I’d definitely recommend to anyone else to move into the area too.
