Tassel Road

"Best Kept Secret"

Tassel Rd is a quiet street located in Safety Beach, on the Mornington Peninsula.

It is a well presented street with mostly 80's and 90's houses. There is a real community and family feel with all the neighbours knowing one another!

Tassel Rd is fairly flat but has grand views of the mountains surrounding the suburb. Tassel Rd is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach.

It is close to Safety Beach Golf Course, Local Shops and various, modern parkland. If my lifestyle would let me, I would move here before you could say the word "Heaven".

Dehnert Street

"Simply Perfect"

Dehnert St is located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne also know as the "Leafy Eastern Suburbs" of Melbourne. Running parallel and between both George Street and Doncaster Rd, Dehnert is a small, type street with a community feel. This street is an ideal place to live and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transport, schools and parkland.

The street is well presented with 70's style brick homes, and new developments being proposed. There is a wide nature strip and newly planted tree's given it then 'green' feel. There are a number of schools within walking distance and a primary school actually being in the street. There is easy access to the city with bus services running on either side of the street, going into the city and the eastern freeway being not even a 5 min drive away.

A few minutes away there is the Jackson Court shops which offers a range of small shops, including a bakery, pharmacy, news agency, fruit-shop, and Dan Murphy's! There are also numerous restaurants and cafes. And for those shopaholics, Doncaster Westfield is just over a 5 minute drive.

Overall, Dehnert St is lively, community style place to live, with most of the residents being professionals, retirees and young families. It certainly does tick all of the boxes!!!

Great for

  • Easy access to the city with bus services on either end of the street.
  • Within walking distance to shops such as Jackson Court and Schools (Doncaster Gardens/East Doncaster High)..
  • Surrounded by parkland with more than 6 parks within 5 min waking distance

Not great for
