According to my 18+ living experience in Homebush West, it is such a Safe Place to Live and Excellent Place for Fruit and Vegie. I lived in a ground floor unit with my wife for more than 18 years already and we are quite happy with the security of the region. Plus, there are so many Indian and Asian grocery shops around so you do not need to drive to buy staff. The Paddy's market is quite famous in Sydney and we always go there shopping for fruit and vegie. Although we are now living in Paddington we missed the live over there.

In all it is a region that developed quite good in the past 6 years, and the property price there is not expensive at all so it will be a fabulous place for any first home buyers.
