"Low profile Inner Perth suberb"
(i) Exclusive suburb
(ii) No though access to adjacent suburbs (must backtrack)
(iii) Within the 10km radius of Perth Central
(iv) Mainly Elevated .
(v) Envy of all surrounding suburbs
Numerous examples of people going upmarket from Manning, Karrawarra , Waterford .Some being only a matter of blocks away.
Will continue to attract people upgrading their location to a gem of a suburb.

Beautiful walks and parks in this suburb. Offers so much and agree is one of Perth's gems. We love living in Manning. We're on the Salter Point side of Manning Road which means no through traffic - one of the few areas in Perth where people don't pass through to get someone else. Lovely and quiet. Heaps of birdlife and the riverwalks are fab. Have seen dolphins in the Canning River on one of the bays near Aquinas College.
