Princess Street has it all... friendly and helpful neighbours, large blocks, close to Eastlink and the Knox Club, plenty of trees, a couple of parks just around the corner and close proximity to quality schools and public transport.

What more could you ask for?

I live on Princess Street in Bayswater, and have found it to be a very friendly place to live. My neighbours all know each other's names and families, and are always willing to lend a helping hand. I was a little nervous about living so close to the Knox Club, but it has never been an issue in the 7 years I have lived here.

I'm currently looking at selling my house, but will definitely be looking in the same area when buying a new property.
