We bought a new place in the Park Hill estate in July 2009. We absolutely love the area. It is only 7km from the city (about 10min drive to the Valley) and is close to the Gateway to get to either coast. The neighbours are very considerate and take pride in their homes which are very neat and tidy. As another review says a great place to watch Brisbane fireworks. I am really glad that we moved here it is a place on the move.
