Mt Low is a family friendly suburb with a mixture of acerage lots to half acer to larger house blocks. It is only minutes friom the beach which itself has a very family friendly Tavern right on the beach.
We have a choice of Public education and private eduaction for both Primary and Secondary. We have two Woolworths very close by a couple of Doctors sergeries and also Chemists. Hairdressers,Video shops, KFC and two Burger Bar/Fish Shops and two Petrol Outlets all on our door steps.
Mt Low itself has an extremley low crime rate of which can be checked with the Townsville Police,this in itself makes this area appealing in these times. It is great to be able to have chickens and vege patches something which a lot of children have never had until moving out here. On the acerage blocks you have the room for a pool if wanted, a shed for dad, cubby house and play areas, chook pen and veges and still have loads more room left,its a great area to live and to bring children up in.
