Schofields

"Schofields - living amongst the Hills District without the cost!"

Schofields is the place for the next generation of families from the Hills District. Those who grew up in the Hills District and want to stay there but are not willing to foot the massive financial pressures, like our parents did by having a house in Castle Hill, Norwest, Baulkham Hills, Kellyville or Rouse Hill.
Schofields has more to offer than your average suburb, it is nestled in behind all the brand new homes in 'The Ponds' estates so it is perfect for the young family wanting to settle in an area that will have astronomical capital gains over the coming years.
The development of the "North West Growth Centre" will ensure a massive increase in dwellings and infrastructure including new roads and a new train station.
The suburb has two convenient options for shopping, Stanhope Gardens and the Rouse Hill town centre on Windsor road.
Location in respect to transport could not be better with Windsor rd, Old Windsor road, M2 and M7 all within a few minutes drive and of course our very own train station.
The spirit of the neighbours to my experience has only ever been endeering, the area offers great peace and quiet away from the main roads and there are no issues of congestion or parking. The shopping centres offer great medical services and a 5 minute drive will have you arriving at the brand new Hospital at Norwest.
Norwest Boulevard is one of the largest business parks in the north west region and provides more than enough quality job opportunities for those located in Schofields. The area is a safe one with no need for its own police station and recreational parks and football fields are in abundance. The area also offers a number of child care options within a few minutes drive and also has a number of primary and High schools particularly in the Alex avenue area of the suburb.
The brand new train station on Burdekin rd gives commuters the option of taking trains directly to Parramatta or the Sydney CBD. All in all, im a proud owner of a home in Schofields and look forward to the fruitfullness and increase the area has to offer and would recommend any family moving to Schofields.
