Glenwater Crescent

"Premier street in Monterey Keys"

A very quiet cul-de-sac with a fantastic spirit. Neighbours are very friendly and can often be seen in the evening walking down the street with bottles of wine in hand on their way to someone else's house. Lots of parties if you wish to join in. No traffic as it is a cul-de-sac. No body corporate fees so we enjoy all the amenities of nearby Sanctuary Cove and Hope Island Resort without the additional costs. Property prices have been rising nicely so we're very happy with our investment. On top of that we own a Bill Connors home which is beautifully laid out and is on water. The views of the water and its swans, ducks, cormerants and pelicans provide a sense of tranquility as soon as you walk through the front door. We've been on Glenwater for over three years and have no intention of ever leaving.
