We moved to Spotted Gum Way in April 2009. We are renting and love the location so much we would love to buy here in the future. The bird life is abundant and lively and masks any road noise that may carry from Vahland Avenue or Apsley Road. The park leads all the way to High Road via a beautiful walking and bike track around lakes and trees. It takes about 35 minutes at a very brisk pace. Our neighbours are welcoming and friendly without being intrusive and celebrate New Years Eve together.
Local schools are Willetton Primary school and Willetton High School; both a short bike ride away. Local shops are within a 10 minute stroll and include a gourmet butcher, fruit'n'veg, newsagent, chemist, IGA, bottle shop, patisserie among others.
