A very quiet but sociable crescent. Ideal for younger to slightly older families looking for a low traffic area so close to amenities including a literal two minute drive to the North Burleigh beach.

We've been here for fourteen years and can't remember how many times real estate agents have asked us if they could sell our house, nothing seems to last long on the market if they do come up in the street. We had lived in a few other Gold Coast areas (plus one Sunshine Coast) after renting a house in Pintail many years ago but always wanted to come back here, an opportunity arose to buy so we jumped at it and never looked back.
