Train and bus is 3 min walk,, the train goes to city bus goes to uni,, In short You do not need a CAR.. The glen is one train ride,, Clayton is one bus ride,, Good school is one train ride ,, Its safety and not a lot of noise,, I am not surprise it will soon have a multiple story and townhouse in this street.. its live having a house near the city.. without living in a apartment.. but have your own land..

Glen Waverley

"There is a reson why its expensive.."

Safety, Good school, Nice restaurant and cafe.. good public transport not far from University & hospitals (train and bus) , Location Location Location (not far from city) there is no perfect place like Glen Waverley.. I see one review with low score that's because he or she can not afford to buy that's why write a bad review,, The is jealousy not a review,, given the chance every one want to live there.. i want to live there but can not afford it.. leave the Chinese alone,, they have their own world,, they bring in money to Australia it may not benefit you indirectly but it give a lot of JOBS.. in somehow It benefit everyone. Now a days its hard to make end meets,, We are very lucky to have there investors comming here and wanting to live here, Australia is big enough and there is plenty of land to built.. If you do not like the area move out .. there are lots of area you can go where you can afford.. Imagine living in a place where there is no investors ,, there will be no JOB, No opportunity, No money, no house.. so what you rather do.. stay home and look at the SKY and live in nice area but have no money to pay bills.. or let the Chinese investor to invest and make the country more prosperous, and we can get on our life.. Everyone benefit from this either you or your family member either you are a cleaner, Electrician, plumber, waitress, Business owner, Judge, Bus driver, public servant, courier, truck driver and etc remember every one benefit from it..

Great for

  • Cinema and bowling
  • Good coffee shops
  • Walking distance to main attractions

Not great for

  • There aren't really any

If its that bad the price would drop but its keep going up.. you are entitled to your opinion. there are lots of people who want's to move in to this area but can not afford it,, you can't go wrong with good schools and access to public transport

GlenG

The place is a dump. The schools results are high because the kids get tutored outside school. The teachers have it easy. Most of the students at gwsc get outside tuition. Why do people sell if such a great location.
The Glen is useless. Better areas to live in such as Frankston or Point Cook.

Frankston? Point cook? Are you idiot?
