I have lived in Deer Park for over 15 years, it is an area that has a huge amount of services, it provides schools, kindergartens and various medical centres.
It has the lowest crime rate in the Brimbank district and has a great family atmosphere.

Queenstown is a thriving mining town, it is a town that offers a wide range of services and amenities providing that is only 2500-3000 of population.
Jobs are available if you want to work, there are various avenues available for people to launch businesses and ways of making a reasonable income.
If you can survive the cold, this is a lovely place for you.
Many sporting facilities are available, with a boxing gym opening shortly, a basketball stadium with various other sporting facilities available.
Predominantly being Football.
