A small suburb but well serviced by public transport (soon to be much better when the northern busway is completed. Plenty of local schools within a short distance, both state and private.
Shopping centres at Lutwyche, Stafford & Chermside are close by. Great parks and bikeways along Kedron Brook with a great off-leash area for dogs extending for kilometres on one side of the brook. Quick commute to the city though Lutwyche road can get busy. nice wide streets and housing is still affordable. a lot of really good renovations are happening so prices might start to rise as the quality of housing improves.
