We have Lived in Clarence point for a couple of years and Love It!!
Its Quiet, Peaceful, Pretty and a great fishing spot also. Clarence Point is hidden five minutes away off the west tamar highway which contributes to the quiet and low traffic atmosphere as many people don't know about this beautiful little spot.
If your looking for a relaxed life style and enjoy the river views or fishing, this area is worth looking at and hard to beat.
