North Balgowlah
"Perfect for raising a family"
I love North Balgowlah. Beautiful quiet tree lined streets, well maintained houses, friendly neighbourhood spirit, lots of young families, great schools and close to great amenities. Only down side is commute to cbd at peak but still better than being further out on northern beaches. I wouldn't live anywhere else. Highly recommend it for young families. You won't be disappointed

- Pretty with loads of renovated homes
- More than one school to choose from
- The houses are improving fast
- Heaps of houses with lots of upgrade potential, large land sizes for new homes.
Not great for
- You really need a car to live in North Balgowlah
