Premier Circle is very new, I live down the road on Gillam drive. I know this house, its on the corner and has a huge shed. I like how they transformed the block into what it is today. I walk my dog past there all the time and have watched it progress from a vacant block, to what it is today. I'm surprised it is being sold at this price, I think it is worth more. They must be motivated to sell.
