Runs East/West from one side of Seacombe Gardens to the other. A very nice street with a high level of redevelopment. There is a leafy reserve and Stella Maris Primary School next to that.

Runs East/West off Morphett road. Like much of Seacombe Gardens there is a real mix of old and new homes in the street. A short walk to tennis courts and reserve. Five minute walk to Westfield Marion.

A short street with homes on the south-west side backing onto Darlington Junior Primary and a lovely playground and reserve. There is also a small reserve on the opposite side of the road.

Runs East/West parallel to and one street back from Sturt road. Directly across Sturt Road is Westfield Marion. At the Western end of the street is the rear access to the State Swim Centre. Being Policy Area 17 there is a large amount of redevelopment.

Runs North/South Darlington Junior Primary is at the southern end of the street. Before you get to the school, there is a lovely small reserve. Kent Avenue has undergone significant redevelopment with a high number of the homes being new.
