Cromwell Road is a leafy tree lined street. It's a mix of well kept flats and large established properties, as well as a few new developments.

Hawksburn Railway station is located just off Cromwell Road (although you don't really get noise as it runs below street level) and you have tram access at both ends on Malvern and Toorak Roads.

Cromwell Road is a short walk to Chapel Street shopping, nightlife and restaurants as well as Toorak Road shops and Hawksburn Village. It's also close to gyms and Prahran pool.

Given location it's surprisingly quiet and surbuban and I'd recommend living there.
