The Place is not 20 mins from the city like it says, the property is not what it looks like i drove past, and its in the middle of nowhere in a dust bowl the building around the area is extremely noisy and i cant imagine how someone could keep it clean?

The traffic to the city day or night is at least 60-90 mins drive, there are hoons in the street and parties every weekend from what i have heard from a friend that lives in the estate.
all houses look identical and boring.

Not worth it over all.
