Seaford Rise
"Opportunity for Growth"
Just moved down South from the North, glad we made the move. The culture is more laid back and relaxed, gr8 place to bring your children up. close to the beach, clean beach!!

Dont know as I have only just moved South. Stats say at least 30 families move South each week? There would have to be jobs in the area.

Commercial Road
"Main road hastle"
This road is a busy stretch of road, at any given time of the week focusing particularly on the weekends; every car, man and his woman speed down this road. Transport i.e. buses are very frequent however early in the morning, when time comes to drop the children at school, Commercial Road is very difficult to enter.
1 min 27 seconds to Moana beach, close to shops, schools, transport and parks.
