Overdog

Very small court with only a handful of houses, mostly owner occupied for a number of years.
Close to Herdsman Lake as well as the facilities at Innaloo Shopping Centre and nearby Cinema Complex.
The nature of the court means that there is very little traffic on the road, so kids can play out in the street on scooters etc.

I moved to Woodlands in 2000 with my parents and was lucky enough to move back with my own family last year.
We had to look for over a year to find a suitable property, and even then it required a fair bit of work to get it up to a good standard.
The location is great, with commute to the CBD in 15 minutes and the beach at the end of scarborough beach road.
The shopping centre is small but has all you need, and the lake is a great hub for recreation in the area.
We hope to stay in the area for many years now that we've found a good spot!

Busy street, but if you're inside the house it is fine.
Trees everywhere absorb a lot of the rush-hour noise, and after that serenity returns.
