Hardly see your neighbours. Lots of kids, but quiet - not in the street.
Reserve ideal for kids to go bike riding, walking the dog ect.
Public transport within walking distance
Two schools to choose from.
3min to stockton shopping centre
close to newcaste and maitland
Been living in this area for some time - no safety issues.
