I have lived in Yarraville for 15years.When I first moved hear we were a couple with no kids.Good investment oppourtunity.good decision back then.
now with kids there are no secondary schools and lots of low income familys as the rents are cheap.
Way too many trucks and the pollution keeps getting worse and worse .noise pollution ,visual pollution and sensory pollution.
Traffic is kaotic as access to the westgate is limited especially at peak hour.
if you are thinking of buying here do your research and check out your potential neighbours..they may not be owners also look at the street scape if there are no trees now they are not on the agenda .we tried to get trees in our street for 10 years and eventually gave up.
