Nanbaree Drive

"Good First Family Home Location"

Nanbaree Drive is perfect for young families looking to enter the property market.

Yes, there are housing commission blocks, but they're largely concentrated at the top of the street, (it's quite a long windy drive). You may think because of that, that it's an unsafe street, but we've found it to be one of the safest streets. The other plus is that it makes Nanbaree just that little bit more affordable.

It's actually a fairly quiet street, but you will see kids playing most days, (there's a high school right nearby), and most houses have dogs, which will bark, (but again, keep the place fairly safe and undesirable).

Overall though it's the convenience that wins out. The close proximity to an excellent park with a creek running through it and exercise equipment, walking distance to the high school, (and probably close enough to walk to primary schools too, or a 2min drive), Warner, Kensington and Strathpine shops are all very close too. A bus comes along the street regularly, and makes catching public transport to the city a feasible option, (although you can basically drive down the Old North Road all the way in to the city, less traffic than Gympie Road).

Don't spend more to buy another 20kms north of Brisbane in Narangba or Burpengary; save some money and live in Nanbaree Drive Bray Park!
