Cherrybrook

"Paradise in the City"

200 meters from where I live in Cherrybrook you could easily be surrounded by trees, rapids, caves, abundant bird life - all without a single sign of "civilisation - no cars, homes, power lines, noice to be seen or heard.

Paradise. It is hard to believe that one could live in a city of 4million+ people, yet, at the location mentioned above, not a trace of humans.

Once back on street, the peak time traffic has become really busy. On average 45 minutes to Sydney CBD. Train (from Pennant Hills), car or direct bus service. Out of peak managed 32 minute run by car.

Lovely, inspiring place to have a home office. Very leafy, nice gardens, quiet, abundant bird life and within range of the airport, business centres and hi-tech companies. Ideal for professional/consulting services.

The new Cherrybrook Shopping Centre has become the envy of neighbouring suburbs and a very popular shopping/dining and social centre. Nice for young kids, but could become boring for teens and young adults.

Highly recommended for those who love nature, space, peace and need to get to the city once in a while, just to make it perfect.
