Coorparoo

"High in the Constellations"

A Contractor Born and raised in Brisbane, I have lived here for over 40 years and in Coorparoo for the past 18 years, firstly closer to the city near Coorparoo primary school and now up in the Constellations. I can honestly say that Coorparoo is a definite winner. Everything you could possibly need is so close by but nothing is busy, I think that's the main appeal. You can be in the city in 15 mins or jump on the freeway and be surfing at the gold coast in under an hour. Lots of Cafe's and restaurants are within walking distance and kids can jump on the bus and be at Churchie or Villanova in 10 mins or walk to Loretto. There are lots of great parks and many nature reserves and bush coridors making it the greenest inner city suburb. Magestic park is great place to play with the kids and kick a footy around and the surrounding hills are great to run or walk for exercise and take in the breathtaking city views. Its a clean, green environment and friendly place to live and work, not going t
