Close to public transport,shops,schools but not too close to Parramatta CBD. Moderate to heavy traffic on Victoria Road. Traffic, especially sirens frequently heard. The cost of home/contents/motor vehicle insurance is fairly expensive in comparison to nearby suburbs. Moderate parking available within Parramatta (at a cost), no free parking available other than the 3 hours free at Westfield. Regular pest control of premises is a must. Rats are seen at times within the street (possible from the river nearby), plenty of cockroaches! Fairly quiet street considering it branches off Victoria Road. Neighbors generally keep to themselves though very friendly.
