"Ticks all the boxes"
I've been looking in the area for the last few months and it looks like it ticks all my boxes. Community spirited with nice people and green spaces. Good schools and childcare with good transport and commuting options. My research says that property values have held their own over the last couple of years, so I keep wondering what's the catch...............so far I haven't found one.
Hope to be someone's new neighbour soon!

I have lived here for the past 5 months and there is no catch. It truly is one of the best places to live! I say go for it!
