Tea Tree Gully

"Beautiful and quiet suburb only minutes away from everything"

I have lived in Tea Tree Gully for over 6 months now after buying our first home. We were lucky enough to find an affordable 70's built home which we are doing minor renovations to. All blocks seem to be quite large compared to most suburbs and there are plenty of trees and park areas. Neighbours all seem quite friendly and mostly consists of families and older couples which means streets are almost always very quiet even on the weekend. There are plently of local sporting teams and amenities such as schools and doctors surgeries, plus several large shopping centres nearby including Tea Tree Plaza which is a 5 minute drive away. Lots of bus access directly to the city via the TTP exchange and O-barn. The only negative thing I have found is the occasional hoon driver around the area due to the secluded nature of the suburb and wide streets.
Overall, TTG is a brilliant suburb to live if you have a family or are retiring. It suits the lifestyle quite well.

Tea Tree Gully is a No Brainer :

** 15 Minutes drive to the City
** Close to a Major Hospital
** Close to Westfield Shopping centre
** Close to Major Transport OBAHN service
** Has the lowest crime rate in SA
** Has many high rated schools, public and private.
** Has large housing allotments

Same housing in proximity to city in Sydney or Melbourne would be in excess of $800K

Its a no-brainer !
