Dobson Avenue is a quiet, well presented street where Serenity meets Spirit. There is a real feel neighbourly feel and it is obvious, the care that it taken by residents, to keep the street looking neat and tidy. There are numerous local shops and parks within a five minute walk, and many Public Transport options, (with Oakleigh Station close by). There is Monash Uni a few minutes walk away,so this creates popularity and vibe to the area. As a visitor, I am very pleased with this street, and if an option presents itself, you would be crazy not to buy!!!!
