"Close to everything"
Close to Schools, Shops, Parks and Transport, also not that far from the beach. Walk the kids to School it is that close.

"Good place to live, but a little noisy on a sunny saturday afternoon"
Nice quiet street, neighbours are fine, no traffic
Planes flying over don't seem to bother me, I am used to them, plus you only hear them when your outside
