Tatterson Court

"Perfection"

There is nothing more that you can say about Tatterson court other than perfection. We are close to public transport, have full reception anywhere in the court or our houses and we are only twenty minutes away from the city. We are five minutes away from the new Eastlink that is currently being built, which is able to be taken all the way to Frankston or the City. Everyone knows everyone else in the court, to the point where you stop and chat with your neighbours every time you cross paths. When I was growing up here, I had five friends in my court who were all roughly my age that I would constantly spend time with. Like I previously stated, Tatterson court is nothing less than perfection. It a great place for any living arrangement, be that families, singles, couples or retirees, as all these kinds of people are currently living here.

To reach perfection I would need a good beach nearby, great schools in walking distance, elevation and views. Would really love to see some photos of this paradise

You said that health & fitness and nightlife rated 5 stars. Can you tell me why?? What nightlife or health & fitness facilities are close that give your street a 5 star rating??

This is such a biased review. It's sweet that you had friends there when you were growing up, but I doubt it has much relevance to the street now.
Public transport; Lets see now, bus, bus, bus or bus.
Beach; hmmmmm.
20 minutes to the city, you must have a helicopter.
Nightlife; none.
Lovely street, granted, but perfection, I don't think so!
I think one thing we can agree on about this street is that some of the occupants must have the same glazed stare and dazed smile frozen on their faces.
This site won't work unless people are honest and offer a realistic critique of their street.

Hi Swanee,

As mentioned, you can use the helpful\unhelpful on the reviews. Overall, when a review is deemed inaccurate, or people are not explaining their reviews, the best practice to mark their review as unhelpful, then future people will know the review should be taken with a grain of salt. It also has a bearing on the street score. If someone reviews their street as perfect, and there are a whole bunch of "Unhelpfuls", then that is taken into account when calculating the score.
