Bexley

"Hidden Gem"

I recently bought in Bexley having rented in the area for years. It's close to the city and has plenty of public transport options and has easy access to the M5. Close to St George Hospital and plenty of GP's in the suburb and surrounding suburbs. I did experience aircraft noise when renting the Arncliffe/Rockdale side of Bexley. I bought the Kogarah/Carlton side of Bexley where there is little aircraft noise. If aircraft noise worries you I would recommend you buy down towards the Kogarah/Carlton end of Bexley. There are plenty of Parks in the area and Golf Courses. It's close to Brighton Le Sands where there are loads of good Restaurants and dining options. It's easy to access the beaches in the Eastern Suburbs only being 20 minutes away. All in all a great suburb to live while still reasonably priced.
