Carbine St located in the heart of Donvale is a great allround street. It has a slight decent and then climbs gradually until the end of the street. The neighbours are quite friendly but usually keep to themselves. There are alot of established families in area. The street is surrounded by many beautiful trees and parklands. There are many schools within walking distance of Carbine St as there are shopping centres. With the development of the local Westfield shopping Centre and the extension of the Eastern Freeway this will open many doors for the Donvale Area. Carbine St is also in the middle of the best suburbs in the Manningham Vicinity; these include: Warrandyte, Doncaster East, Blackburn and Templestowe. Some of these areas have been on the rise in realestate value over the years which has had a significant snowball effect on the Donvale area. This suburb is continually becoming more valuable. I recently learnt that a Chinese expert in Feng Shui came to Melbourne and picked out Melbournes East as the best area due to its positive Feng Shiu, good for fortune and wealth. Come down for a drive along Carbine Street and I'm sure you'll agree that it has a feel of suburbia with a great feeling of beautiful parklands. Overall a pleasing street and a great place to live!!
