"Excellent for Family"
Close to shops, close to almost everything that you will need. Excellent neighbourhood mostly owner occupier. Close to private schools, fast internet and high re-sale value on property.

Park Lane
"In the middle everything that you will ever need"
Easy access to M1 both North and South bound. The road is a 60kph and has several traffic lights that is doing a good job on slowing down cars which translates to a tolerable white noise. Close to shops, excellent private and state school, neighbourly spirits, well lit and beautiful houses. Most houses are owner occupied.

"Close to almost everything"
Good transport access but has annoying number of cars parked on street from people doing park and ride. Close to park, shops, fast foods, service stations, schools. Average Internet speed and occasional visit from hoons.
