Clearwater Crescent
"Terrific place to live close to sea and has parks abutting street with playgrounf for children"
It is a crescent that has parks and a playground abutting it. Some houses have a view of the sea a 10 minute walk away. Shopping, doctors and some fast food places are also within a 10 to 15 minute walk. A Hotel is also a similar distance away that is reasonably family friendly.
