Brushy Park Road

"Brushy Park Rd, Wonga Park - up and coming?"

Great balance of nature and convenience. This will be a great investment opportunity right now ahead of the inevitable urbanisation wave that is already sweeping across Ringwood East. It has schools (primary and secondary, public and private) with great reputation and excellent access to public transportation.

To be fair, as with all suburbs, there's some challenges as well to deal with. For the most part, it's pretty minor stuff, except for one - ADSL. If your broadband solution has to be ADSL, you will have an uphill battle with Telstra to have your house copper-ready. Most houses and developments in this area are sitting on legacy Pair Gains Systems instead of pure copper, which is required to deliver ADSL services. I have an on-going battle with Telstra myself... so far, not winning. ([email protected] - if u have suggestions on how to win this!)

Sorry but I must strongly disagree. Wonga Park is well covered by both ADSL and ADSL2+ with its own separate Telstra exchange. From your map you are located a long way from the center of Wonga Park some might call it North Croydon or Chirnside Park. These areas are serviced by Telstra from Moorollbark. Moreover, your area is typical of the suburban areas of North Croydon and Chirnside Park, and is very different to the typical area within 5 km of the Wonga Park village.
