Creekside Drive

"Friendly, family environment...."

Forest Ridge is a great place to live. There is a strong sense of community, and the area is full of young couples and young families. Without a doubt, it is the friendliest place I have ever lived in, with everyone waving or saying hi as they pass. The area is full of walking paths/ bike tracks, and the estate is veing very well cared for by the council and the developers. The creek is beautiful, and there is no immediate threat of flooding, trust me, I saw it during the deluge of May 2009 ! There are plenty of birds and gorgeous forest and you are close to general shops, schools, the tavern and heaps of parks. The school end of Creekside Drive is ridiculously busy at school drop-off and pick-up times, with much traffic congestion, and the occasional bad driver. However, the opposite end is very attractive with the creek nearby, and grassy areas. There aren't any wild parties around, and there are a number of neighbourhood watch advocates living in the street, keeping any potentially dodgey behaviour to a minimum (a safe area of the estate, with few incidents of criminal behaviours). Everyone is houseproud with neat lawns and tidy homes. I really recommend the area.
